BREAKING: Former President Buhari’s remains depart London for Daura ahead of state burial
The remains of former Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari departed London, United Kingdom, this morning, heading to his hometown of Daura in Katsina State.
The repatriation marks the beginning of his state burial scheduled for today, Tuesday, July 15.
Vice President Kashim Shettima led the delegation overseeing the return of the late leader’s body.
