Governor Uba Sani takes action to enhance security in Kaduna, holds meetings with Service Chiefs

Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State is taking proactive steps to enhance security in the state by engaging in meetings with top service chiefs.
Telescope.ng reports that the governor held separate discussions with the Chief of Defence Staff, Maj. Gen. Christopher Musa, Chief of Army Staff, Maj. Gen. Taoreed Lagbaja, and Chief of the Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Hassan Abubakar on Tuesday, July 11, in his office.
During the meetings, Governor Uba and the service chiefs had in-depth deliberations on the prevailing security challenges not only in Kaduna State but also in neighbouring states.
The governor highlighted the progress made in the fight against insecurity in Kaduna and emphasized the importance of building upon these successes.
Governor Uba assured the service chiefs of the full cooperation and support of the state government in carrying out their crucial responsibility of safeguarding the lives and properties of the citizens.
He also took the opportunity to extend warm congratulations and best wishes on behalf of the government and people of Kaduna State to the newly appointed service chiefs.
In response, the service chiefs expressed their unwavering commitment to collaborating with the government and people of Kaduna State.
They pledged to work diligently towards degrading the activities of bandits, kidnappers, and other criminal elements, with the ultimate goal of restoring peace and security to troubled communities.
