A witness from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, alleged that President Bola Tinubu identified himself as female while seeking admission at Chicago State University, USA, according to Mike Enahoro-Ebah, who was subpoenaed by the PDP to the Presidential Election Petitions Court.

Telescope.ng gathered that Enahoro-Ebah stated that Tinubu forwarded a transcript from South West College in the USA in 1977, using the name ‘Bola Adekunle Tinubu’ and identifying himself as female.

The PDP presented certified copies of a notarized judgement from a US court on the forfeiture of $460,000 and a copy of the Guinean passport against Tinubu, bolstering their case.

After considering the objections raised by counsel to the INEC, Abubakar Mahmoud (SAN), Tinubu’s counsel Emmanuel Ukala (SAN), and the APC’s counsel Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), a five-member panel of justices presided over by Justice Haruna Tsammani admitted the presented documents.

During cross-examination by INEC’s counsel, the witness firmly denied spending a substantial amount of money to pursue the case against Tinubu, as he clarified that the lawyer’s partner in the US obtained the documents free of charge.

The witness admitted that he experienced emotional distress when his candidate lost the presidential election on February 25.
