BREAKING: Former President Buhari dies at 82
The immediate past president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, is dead.
He was aged 82.
The sad story was broken in a statement on Sunday evening by his former special assistant on media, Garba Shehu.
The statement read, “INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHIRRAJIUUN. The family of the former president has announced the passing on of the former president, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, this afternoon in a clinic in London. May Allah accept him in Aljannatul Firdaus, Amin.”
